1. Specify Which Fields Must Have a Value
Some lawyers do not have values for some fields. Therefore, you can exclude lawyers from
your custom database if they do not have a value for a field you are interested in. For example,
if you select phone, then only lawyers with phone numbers will be included in your database;
if you select phone and fax, then only lawyers with BOTH a phone and a fax will be included;
if you leave all boxes unchecked, then all lawyers will be included, even if they are missing
address, phone, fax, and email. Of course, selecting all four fields will yield the smallest number of records,
because only lawyers with values for all four will be included.
